The location couldn't be any better, right in the heart of the Sunday market. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are small but well-equipped with basic amenities such as a hair dryer.
This hotel provided a very good stay with only minor inconveniences.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around. the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-decorated. I especially appreciated the complementary coffee and tea in the room, as well as the friendly staff who were always willing to help.
The hotel is located on a busy street, so there was some noise from passing cars that could be heard in the room. the lack of a mini bar or fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient, as it would have been nice to have cold drinks on hand.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kota Kinabalu that left me extremely impressed. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were for such a great location. Speaking of which, the hotel was situated right in the heart of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient to explore the nearby Sunday market. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a level of service that exceeded my expectations. Lastly, the rooms were well-designed, maximizing the space available and offering basic amenities that made my stay comfortable. my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it.
All was great, nothing I can think of that needs improvement.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and had a large bathroom with constant hot water. We loved the location as it was very close to the city center and the seafood market. The hotel also offered free luggage storage which was very useful for us.
Nothing for us.

During my Easter vacation, I stayed at a hotel that offered great amenities such as a lift and a cozy bed. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to several tourist attractions and a convenience store nearby. the staff members were polite, friendly, and helpful, making my stay more comfortable.
I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the floor and the insufficient warmth of the blanket provided. there were no additional reading materials at the lobby that I could have used to pass the time.

The hotel is situated near the seafood market and close to the city center, making it a great location for tourists. the staff is friendly, and there is a restaurant and 7-Eleven nearby. the bathrooms could be cleaner, and room service is not always reliable. There is also noise from the busy road and some rooms have issues with cockroaches or stains on the pillows.
The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and reliability when it comes to room service.

Exceptional service at Gaia 95! We were able to leave our luggage at the 24/7 service desk while we explored the area before heading to the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, and the location in the heart of Chinatown was perfect for trying local cuisine.
